Please note, however, that questions may arise when processing the complaint and that we may need further information in order to continue to pursue the matter. In such cases, dealing with the complaint might not be possible without being able to get in touch by email. Please be especially careful to provide all necessary details for your complaint if you are submitting it anonymously.


The FSM complaints office will be closed from 23 December 2024 to 2 January 2025; complaints will not be processed during this time. In urgent cases, please contact the online police stations to report a complaint.

If you give obvious wrong or incomplete information we reserve the right not to proceed your complaint. Exception: complaints about child pornographic content just require the exact source. Therefore, please follow the correct indication of your data.
